So why is there no cockney rhyming slang for fraud? Could it be that those loveable East End rogues found the business of fraud rather too namby-pamby for their tastes preferring something less subtle and where possible involving razor blades? Or maybe there is a word but hours of watching 'The Sweeney' have failed to reveal it. Come to think of it though a spot of white-collar naughtiness was never going to send Regan and Carter round to your gaff all tooled-up with shooters and screaming for back-up now was it?
