The astonishment is dying down perhaps. I think that we all felt after the High Court decision where Mr Justice Park seemed so very sure about it that a reversal in the Court of Appeal was unlikely. A unanimous reversal seemed that much less likely. The case may still run and run to the House of Lords or the European Court or the Court for Arbitration in Sport but on the whole it does not look quite...
