The complexity of the data required to simulate the CCCTB proposals and difficulties involved with obtaining it has to date made it really challenging for businesses and governments to work out how the measures would affect them both financially and practically. In response to this challenge earlier this year Ernst & Young released two reports considering the impact on companies and the impact on countries. The company report was based on detailed discussions with businesses about the real impact of a CCCTB on business activities and considers the whole range of corporate tax compliance processes. It identified the following concerns:
