The Occupational Pension Schemes (Collective Money Purchase Schemes) (Modifications and Consequential and Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations, SI 2022/337, make various changes to ensure existing legislation dovetails with the new framework for collective money purchase schemes. The Occupational Pension Schemes (Collective Money Purchase Schemes) Regulations, SI 2022/255, set out that framework from 1 August 2022 and these latest amendments will also apply from that date.
