On listening to the Chancellor's Pre-Budget Report (PBR) to the House of Commons it seemed as if it was going to be very exciting from the point of view of compliance enforcement and litigation. After hearing about all the money that has to be spent propping up the economy (and some would say putting off today's problems to tomorrow) we sat with bated breath wondering where the money would come from.
