A number of jurisdictions do not currently have a CbCR competent authority agreement in force with Jersey, although agreements with the USA, UK, Guernsey, Isle of Man and Hong Kong are due to be signed and in force by 31 December.
Local filing of CbC reports is required by any Jersey member of a multinational group of companies whose annual profits exceed €750m, where no CbCR competent authority agreement is in place. See http://bit.ly/2Al81rg.
