The number of bilateral relationships established under the CRS Multilateral Competent Authority Agreement (MCAA) for the automatic exchange of information between tax authorities now exceeds 2000, with 95 jurisdictions having signed the CRS MCAA.

The number of bilateral relationships established under the CRS Multilateral Competent Authority Agreement (MCAA) for the automatic exchange of information between tax authorities now exceeds 2000, with 95 jurisdictions having signed the CRS MCAA. To date, 102 jurisdictions have formally committed to implementing the CRS, of which 49 will start exchanges in September 2017, with a further 53 due in September 2018.
