HMRC has published a further chapter of its new Digital services tax (DST) manual. The new chapter, DST50000 ‘Responsible Member’, covers the duties and responsibilities of the parent entity or other nominated group company responsible for dealing with HMRC over all aspects of administration relating to DST.
