We have just passed our first anniversary as incumbent columnists for Duty Calls. We are of course very proud to be charged with bringing you the latest news cases and developments in the duty and excise world. However we have come to realise that our responsibility to The Tax Journal's readership is not just to report those issues and cases which we think are of interest but also to respond directly to the issues which you want addressing and for which you quite rightly demand answers.
In fact just the other day a letter flooded into DCHQ which hammered home the need for us...
