In a written statement to Parliament, Lucy Frazer, Financial Secretary to the Treasury, has confirmed that Finance Bill 2022 will be published on 4 November 2021.
Explanatory Notes will be published alongside the Bill, as usual, and the Budget Resolutions were to be made available after the Chancellor’s Budget Statement on 27 October 2021.
