The public bill committee (PBC) completed its consideration of the Finance Bill on 16 January, agreeing a group of amendments to Schedule 10 (settlements anti-avoidance etc) and one opposition amendment to Clause 38 (online marketplaces) correcting a legislative reference. On 11 January, the PBC agreed two amendments to Schedule 8 (corporate interest restriction). Other clauses were passed without amendment.
