The financial secretary to the Treasury has announced in a written statement that the government will publish Finance Bill 2020 on 19 March, following the Budget on 11 March.
Details of the Budget resolutions will be made available after the Budget statement, to include measures expected to come into effect ahead of royal assent. The government published draft legislation for Finance Bill 2020 on 11 July 2019.
