Thursday evening. I looked at the clock — almost five. It had been a long week but the prospect of a week's break in Israel to look forward to from tomorrow offered some consolation.
The phone rang. It was my secretary.
'Allan I have Dirk Reinhardt on the other line for you. Are you OK to take the call?'
