Bahrain has signed up to the OECD multilateral convention to implement tax treaty related measures to prevent BEPS (multilateral instrument or MLI), and Chile has deposited its instrument of ratification. 95 jurisdictions have now signed up, and so far 57 of those have formally approved the convention.
