HMRC guidance

HMRC has published the following:

·        VAT Notice 48: Extra Statutory Concessions: updates the May 2015 version; and

·        Notice DS5: UK duty stamps scheme: updates the February 2017 version with a number of minor changes, including contact details for HMRC’s duty stamps team.
