HMRC has published the following:

• Employer Bulletin Brexit edition: including articles on UK employers sending workers to the EU, EEA or Switzerland, other HMRC Brexit communications, grants for help with customs declarations, and HMRC Brexit alerts and webinars;
• VAT input tax toolkit: updating the July 2017 version;
• VAT output tax toolkit: updating the July 2017 version; and
• VAT partial exemption toolkit: updating the July 2017 version.
