PB Welcome everybody. I’ll ask Simon to give us his thoughts on how he thinks the new powers and penalties regimes are working out in practice.
SN I’m pleased the way things have gone so far. We’ve deliberately tried to roll things out slowly to ‘test and learn’ especially with the information powers. I think that’s been successful and there is a forum where the representative bodies have a majority plus some HMRC people who are overseeing implementation.
