A Tax Information Exchange Agreement between the UK and Grenada, signed in March 2010, entered into force on 10 January 2012.
The agreement will apply for criminal tax matters from 10 January, and for all other matters for taxable periods commencing (or charges to tax arising) on or after 10 January, HMRC said.
