The Landfill Disposals Tax (Tax Rates) (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations SI 2025/152 specify the following rates of landfill disposals tax in Wales from 1 April 2025:
standard rate: £126.15 per tonne;
lower rate: £6.30 per tonne; and
unauthorised disposals rate: £189.25 per tonne.
