The Social Security (Contributions) (Amendment and Application of Schedule 38 to the Finance Act 2012) Regulations, SI 2013/622, make several amendments to the Social Security (Contributions) Regulations, SI 2001/1004 in relation to the operation of PAYE and various other matters. They also also bring into force parts of FA 2012 Sch 38 (tax agents: dishonest conduct) with respect to NICs.
