New HMRC Notices

HMRC has published a number of new and updated notices to cover the Brexit post-transition environment. Two new VAT Notices have been issued:

• VAT Notice 703: goods exported from the UK from 1 January 2021; and
• VAT Notice 701/18: women's sanitary products.

Many existing VAT Notices have also been revised, and various new Excise Notices have been created mirroring the original versions, and using the same numbering but with the suffix ‘from 1 January 2021’.
