The OECD has also published on its website public comments received on the discussion draft on BEPS action 8 (hard-to-value intangibles). The 230-page revised discussion draft contains letters from 42 companies/organisations which will form the basis of a public consultation on the discussion draft and other topics will be held on 6-7 July 2015 at the OECD Conference Centre in Paris.
