The OECD’s global forum has published seven reports from the second round of peer reviews assessing compliance with the international standard on tax transparency and exchange of information on request.

These reports found Guernsey and San Marino ‘compliant’, while Indonesia, Japan, the Philippines and the United States were ‘largely compliant’. Kazakhstan was rated ‘partially compliant’. Jurisdictions are assessed against the updated standard, which incorporates beneficial ownership information of all legal entities and arrangements in line with FATF recommendations.

Three new countries, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Cabo Verde and Swaziland, have joined the OECD’s global forum, bringing its membership to 153. See https://bit.ly/2uKatF6.
