As language barriers reduce technology makes long-distance communication easier and travel becomes cheaper the world really seems a smaller place. And this is as true for transactions as it is for many areas of business. There are few groups now focusing on UK-only deals. Indeed many acquisitions are now cross-border if not multinational.
