HMRC has reminded employers paying PAYE tax and NICs electronically that their cleared payment must reach HMRC’s bank account by 21 October, because 22 October falls on a Saturday.
PAYE tax and NICs due for the month or quarter ending 5 October, and amounts due under any 2010/11 PAYE settlement agreements, are due on 22 October for electronic payments, or 19 October for any postal payments.
