regulations will be introduced ‘as soon
as parliamentary time allows’ to correct
the pensions lifetime allowance abolition
legislation (following the recent consultation
with industry). HMRC will also run a
workshop for administrators, in early
October 2024, on how to report relevant
lump sums via real time information
reporting.
