Carpenter Box, the Worthing-based firm of chartered accountants, announced the appointment of Rachel Pearce, the UK’s youngest Chartered Tax Adviser at the age of 21, as Tax Manager.
KPMG has formed a new Financial Services Transfer Pricing and Indirect Tax team to deal with the impact of regulatory changes and the globalisation of financial services. The team, comprising around 50 people drawn from the firm’s existing transfer pricing and indirect tax teams, is led John Neighbour and Richard Iferenta.
Deloitte has made seven new appointments in its customs team, which now comprises 11 customs specialists. The team will be led by Howard Levene, who has joined the firm as a Customs Director from Delphi Automotive.
