Marlies de Ruiter has been appointed Head of the Tax Treaty, Transfer Pricing and Financial Transactions Division of the OECD's Centre for Tax Policy and Administration. She replaces Mary Bennett with effect from 1 February, when Pascal Saint-Amans takes up his duties as Director of the Centre on the retirement of Jeffrey Owens.
