The Tolley's Practical NIC Planning conference in November proved to be an opportunity for some useful updating and lively debate.
Jon Golding chaired the day bringing his long experience of editing Tolley's NIC annual to bear on the topics under discussion and ably keeping everyone as closely as possible to the allotted time while allowing for questions and debate. He introduced the day by thinking aloud about the impact on the NI system of extending the statutory retirement age to 70 or 75.
