Following consultation, the government has confirmed it has published final sets of draft regulations for the establishment of a public register of information about people with significant control (PSCs) over UK companies and LLPs. Companies and LLPs will be required to hold their own registers from 6 April 2016 and this information must be provided to Companies House from 30 June 2016 onwards.
