Salary sacrifice: love it or hate it?

Salary sacrifice looks set to be the topic of a forthcoming consultation as the government warns of the impact on tax receipts. The government should though consider salary sacrifice as an effective means of delivering tax policy incentives rather than as a source of avoidance.
