The first debates in a committee of the whole house have been scheduled provisionally for Tuesday 8 September, which will consider Sch 2 clause 16 (bank levy rates for 2016 to 2021), clause 17 and Sch 3 (banking companies: surcharge); clause 43 (insurance premium tax) and clause 45 (climate change levy: removal of exemption for electricity from renewable sources).
The remainder of the Bill will go to a Public Bill Committee, to be concluded by 20 October 2015
