The Finance Act 2024, Section 11 (Extension of Enterprise Investment Scheme Relief and Venture Capital Trusts Relief) (Appointed Day) Regulations, SI 2024/897, bring into force, on 3 September 2024, FA 2024, s 11 which extends the sunset date for Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS) relief and Venture Capital Trusts (VCT) relief to 5 April 2035.
