In London's West End we find the eponymous proprietor of Hardwork's restaurant slaving away as usual. Hardwork's being an essentially successful establishment its staff are rewarded with a mix of pay and perks — including the traditional tips left on the table by diners but increasingly also amounts added to credit card payments.
