HMRC has reminded businesses which deferred VAT payments in 2020 to apply to join the VAT deferral new payment scheme before 21 June 2021. Although the joining dates for March, April and May have passed, businesses can still spread their payments across up to eight equal monthly instalments, interest-free, if they join by 21 June 2021.
