This popular annual conference was billed as an update on recent VAT avoidance legislation cases and future planning. I have to admit to having doubts as to how the complex subject matter would be dealt with to keep delegates' interest. I am pleased to report that a combination of excellent speakers all noted specialists in the fields they covered coupled with plenty of interaction with delegates and the networking opportunities left me feeling glad that I had attended.
