VAT and property has long been one of the most complex and ever changing areas of the tax sector with numerous instances of misunderstanding of the rules by businesses disputes with HMRC and an increasing body of case law. Tolley continues to field top-level speakers at its tax conferences and it was no surprise that this conference attracted over 60 delegates.
