Logic might suggest that by now Budget 2007 would have been consigned to the archives. Alas the 'oil' of logic and vast expanse of 'water' that is the tax system do not often mix (at least not without a great deal of vigorous shaking!). As we have seen from the 10p tax rate debate of the last few months measures announced more than a year ago can take some time to come to the fore. So what else should we be dusting...
