What do you call a collection of VAT practitioners? A few years ago the best suggestion I heard was 'a genius of VAT practitioners' but then that was by a full-time VAT specialist! The annual VPG conference at the end of June saw another good turnout of VAT practitioners descend on a hotel and conference centre near Coventry.
 
I was very pleased to see the new Roger Craske trophy awarded in Roger's memory to Richard Harvey for winning the golf competition. Roger was a keen golfer and a former technical secretary of the VPG. His last contribution to the VPG was as after-dinner...
