The Tax Collection and Management (Administration) (Wales) Regulations, SI 2017/1022, also provide for the rates of late payment and repayment interest in respect of devolved taxes and set out the procedure for resolution of disputes over legal professional privilege in relation to requests for information by the WRA, beginning in April 2018.
