Judge Colin Bishopp became President of the Tax Chamber of the First-tier Tribunal in April 2011. He has also been a judge of the Tax & Chancery Chamber of the Upper Tribunal since 2009, having previously been a Special Commissioner and Chairman of the VAT and Duties Tribunal.
