Paul Riley is a Deputy Director in HMRC’s Large Business Service (LBS). Paul has responsibility for the LBS office in Liverpool, where 10 Customer Relationship Managers (CRMs) handle the tax affairs of more than 80 large businesses. Paul is also the Sector Lead for the Business Services (including professional partnerships) and Media sectors.
