The Registered Pension Schemes etc (Information) (Prescribed Descriptions of Persons) Regulations SI 2010/650 The Registered Pension Schemes (Enhanced Lifetime Allowance) (Amendment) Regulations SI 2010/651 and The Registered Pension Schemes and Overseas Pension Schemes (Electronic Communication of Returns and Information) (Amendment) Regulations SI 2010/652 make amendments to secondary legislation that are required because FA 2008 Sch 36 provisions replace with effect from April 2010 the existing information powers.
