As campaigning for the general election gathers pace the three main political parties have each released their manifestos in turn. While these manifestos vary in focus and approach they have all paid some attention to the 'green' agenda and how they propose to tackle climate change. Have the parties clearly set out what 'green' taxes they will introduce or is this level of detail being left until after the election?
