Finance Bill: Public Bill Committee 12 June

The Public Bill Committee met yesterday and clause 24 (Companies carrying on businesses of leasing plant or machinery) was amended in relation to companies moving into tonnage tax.

Clauses 18 (Qualifying time deposits), and the corporation tax measures in clauses 19-23 and 25-32 and schedules 2-5, were agreed without amendment.
