The Landfill Disposals Tax (Tax Rates) (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations, SI 2021/1470 increase the standard rate of landfill disposals tax from £96.70 to £98.60 per tonne, the lower rate from £3.10 to £3.15 per tonne, and the unauthorised disposals rate from £145.05 to £147.90 per tonne, for taxable disposals made on or after 1 April 2022.
