In my previous article I highlighted the direct tax sequences of operation through a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP). In this article I will concentrate on the commercial consequences of use of an LLP. Statutory references will either be to the Limited Liability Partnerships Act 2000 (LLPA 2000) or the Limited Liability Partnerships Regulations 2001 (LLPR 2001).
