Name a career highlight.
A real highlight was starting my own company in 2002. When we eventually came to sell the business eight years later we had a team of four partners and were working with over 60 clients across the globe. I have put many of these skills to use in my current role at EY where I have been developing our executive remuneration and broad based reward team within the wider tax practice. We work with clients to help develop their pay and reward strategies guiding them through the global complex regulatory and compliance environment and advising on the tax impacts while also ensuring that their policies ultimately support business growth.
