The consolidated text of the 1993 UK-Ukraine Double Taxation Convention as amended by the 2017 protocol has been added to the tax treaties and related documents between the UK and Ukraine.
HMRC has published the consolidated text of the 1993 UK-Ukraine Double Taxation Convention as amended by the 2017 protocol. The protocol took effect in the UK as follows:
from 1 January 2020 for taxes withheld at source;
from 6 April 2020 for income tax and capital gains tax; and
