Andy Cole is director of specialist investigations in HMRC, where he has overall responsibility for leading the response to HMRC’s largest and most complex fraud and avoidance risks through civil means. He has led, on behalf of HMRC, the ground-breaking negotiations with the Principality of Liechtenstein and was awarded a CBE in 2011.
